Easy recommendations and easy ordering process through Brad. What a legend!
Everyone left impressed, in a food coma and with plenty of leftovers. The vegetarians had a special stuffed capsicum that made everyone jealous. It was never an afterthought, that was obvious.

The food was outstanding. The pork belly bites were absolutely to die for, the mac and cheese YUM, and the brisket was just so tender and packed with flavour. Everyone at our party was talking about the food!

What areas do you cater for?

We proudly cater for events across the Sunshine Coast, Nambour, Brisbane, Caboolture, Bribe Island and surrounding areas. Whether your event is in Noosa, Maroochydore, Caloundra, or further south, we bring our mobile barbecue to your location.

What types of events can you cater?

Valhalla Barbecue caters for all occasions, including weddings, corporate events, birthdays, milestone celebrations, Christmas parties, and private gatherings. No event is too big or too small.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes! We can cater for most dietary needs with advance notice. This includes vegetarian options, gluten-free sides, and other specific requirements — just let us know when booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weddings and large events. For corporate events or casual gatherings, we can often accommodate shorter notice depending on availability.

What does your catering service include?

All our packages include premium smoked meats, sides, salads, bread rolls or brioche buns, and all catering essentials like boxes, serviettes, and cutlery. Optional extras like mac & cheese, potato bake, or premium ribs can also be added to any package.
